Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment and begin the design process. This deposit serves as a commitment to your scheduled appointment and compensates for the artist's time in preparation and holding vour time slot.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will require a new $50 deposit
to secure a future booking.
Design Changes:
• The deposit is specifically for the tattoo design and placement agreed upon during the
consultation and booking process.
• Significant design changes requested within 48 hours of your appointment or on the day of your
appointment may not be accommodated.
• Last-minute changes to the design or concept are not permitted.
No-Call, No-Show:
• Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-call, no-show) will
result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• A new $50 deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
• If vou are more than 15 minutes late for vour appointment without prior communication, your
appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Please contact vour artist as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
General Notes:
• The deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.
• By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this deposit policy.
This policy is designed to protect both the artist's time and ensure a smooth booking process for all clients.
Tattoo Touch-Up Policy
Touch-Up Guidelines:
• Within 6 Months:
• Touch-ups for minor fading or imperfections are provided free of charge within six (6) months from the date of your original tattoo.
• This applies to issues related to the initial tattooing process, not to changes due to improper aftercare, sun exposure, or other external factors.
• After 6 Months:
• Touch-ups requested after six (6) months from the original tattoo date will incur a $50 deposit fee. This deposit covers the artist's time and materials.
• The total price for the touch up will be determined by the size and complexity of the touch up needed, minus the $50 deposit.
Scheduling:
We do not schedule appointments solely for touch-ups. Touch-up appointments will be incorporated into our regular scheduled appointments, ensuring efficient use of our artists' time.
• Please contact us to discuss your touch up.
Exclusions:
• This policy does not cover changes or fading caused by improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, picking or scratching the tattoo, or other factors outside of the artist's control.
• Significant redesigns or additions to the original tattoo are not considered touch-ups and will be charged as new tattoo work.
Important Notes:
Please retain your original tattoo aftercare instructions and follow them diligently.
• We reserve the right to assess each touch-up request on a case-by-case basis.
• It is the clients responsibility to schedule the touch up, within the allowed time frame.
